Из 54 проектов жюри выбрало единственный, который соответствовал всем требованиям задания наиболее точно. Победителями стала команда из Болгарии: Родослав Тодоров, Росен Иорданов, Богдан Радичев - с проектом "Layers of Brest". Команда получила всеобщее признание и приз в размере 1500 евро. Они смогли максимально сохранить уникальную природу (сейчас на месте, для которого делался проект, находится зеленая зона), прониклись традициями местности. Это было заметно в их работе и презентации проекта. На все 100% победители учли атмосферу, технические детали, мультикомфортный и градостроительный аспекты. Все это сделано с учетом брестского климата и ландшафта.
Несколько слов о конкурсе от победителей:

The time that we spent in Minsk gave us a good example that if you work in the right direction, sustainability is a way of life possible for all of us. The level of the project and presentations was very high. This shows that sustainable architecture is getting more and more popular and students from all over the world think about the future if our home planet.”
